Can't hear you over the musak in some spots, particularly the beginning of the scripture lesson.

Already working on that—I noticed it at work this morning. I'm going to be changing the backround music shortly to that of Taizé songs and the like. This is partly because I really like Taizé-related chant, partly in honour of and in prayer for Brother Roger or Taizé.

Ah, I see. Cool. Father Cotta would not approve of the Taize, but that's fine too. :)

Sometimes, you have to tell Fr. Cotta+ to shove it. There have been a few times when I was tempted to do the same to my parish's Ritual Notes Nazi. =D

Ah, yes, Ritual Nazis. Though to tell you the truth, I had to take on that role at a low-church Rite II parish that I was confirmed in. Thank goodness that phase is over and nobody would DREAM of doing Bill Cosby's Noah's Ark skit during Mass at my current parish!

O...M...F...G. That's...painful. (But not as painful as that frontal you've got displayed.)

Gak.

Painful it was...with a big cardboard ark that said "U.S.S ARK" and a teenage girl as the unseen voice of God. GAK! is about right.
