Well, if you have iTunes, it's relatively easy to do so. This is what you'd do:

1. Select "Advanced" at the top of the screen.
2. Select "Subscribe to podcast."
3. For the address, cut and paste the following: http://feeds.feedburner.com/anglocatholicpodcast
4. That's it.

Lately, I have been very "lazy" when it comes to updating the podcast. I'm in the throes of job search drama, which takes precedence over recording and producing "free" podcasts. (The Office, however, doesn't get neglected...just not broadcast.) I anticipate there being shows again starting this Sunday.

As far as "P.O.D." goes, it stands for "Pious and Overly Devotional." It was once a slur used against traditionalist seminarians. We view it less as a slur, and more as a mark of honour. =D
